Safety and Skill Development
A core objective of this alliance is to transition workers from high-risk manual labor to safer, tech-oriented roles. By automating hazardous tasks, the partnership aims to enhance worker dignity and safety while improving operational consistency and traceability.

Mr. Masood Mallick, Managing Director & Group CEO of Re Sustainability, emphasized the importance of technology in future-proofing operations. “This partnership represents a significant step toward integrating advanced robotics into high-risk operations, helping reduce human exposure while improving efficiency and traceability,” Mallick stated.

Mr. Abhimanyu Raja, Managing Director of Janyu Technologies, highlighted the role of indigenous innovation. “At Janyu, we develop robotic systems so workers can move from unsafe exposure to safer, higher-skill roles. Together with Re Sustainability, we aim to build globally competitive, safety-first industrial infrastructure through Indian innovation,” Raja added.

By leveraging Re Sustainability’s nationwide footprint and Janyu’s deep-tech capabilities, the duo plans to set new national benchmarks for the Circular Economy. These scalable, technology-enabled models are expected to strengthen India’s industrial infrastructure while ensuring long-term environmental compliance.
