Varahimedia.com,Hyderabad,22,August,2026: The SustainX Annual 2026 Summit was held in Hyderabad, bringing together government officials, industry leaders, corporate executives, experts and social-sector representatives to discuss sustainable development, responsible leadership and future-ready organizations.
Organized by the Telangana Facility Management Council (TFMC), the summit explored sustainability from a broader perspective, covering technology, AI, infrastructure, leadership, sustainable procurement, healthcare, CSR, civic services, workplace transformation and tourism.
TFMC Founder President Mathala Satyanarayana formally inaugurated the event. The programme featured a series of conclaves and expert sessions aimed at identifying practical approaches to sustainable growth and organizational development.
One of the key highlights was the GCC Conclave, which focused on the evolving role of Global Capability Centers in building resilient and sustainable organizations. Telangana IT Joint Secretary and IAS officer Anudeep Durishetty addressed the session, highlighting Hyderabad’s infrastructure development, the need for a stronger ecosystem, AI-led transformation and sustainable growth.
The Procurement Conclave examined sustainable procurement, value creation and infrastructure resilience, while the HR Conclave focused on emerging workplace trends and the changing needs of organizations.
Healthcare and social responsibility were also central to the summit. Sessions featuring representatives from KIMS Hospitals discussed healthcare leadership, while the CSR Conclave highlighted initiatives aimed at strengthening communities. The TFMC Cares ‘Support the Girl Child’ initiative was among the notable social programmes showcased at the event.
A special One Life interaction featuring actor Dr. Bhadram also drew attention from attendees. Presentations further explored the potential of Yadadri and Pochampally as sustainable tourism destinations.

During the evening programme, Elizabeth from Lloyds delivered a special address. Civic Excellence Awards were presented to GHMC officials and traffic constables in recognition of their contributions. A dedicated Healthcare Leadership Talk was also conducted by KIMS Hospitals.
Anudeep Durishetty, who attended the summit as chief guest, emphasized the importance of technology, organizational development, service quality and responsible growth in shaping Hyderabad’s future.
The event concluded with business exhibitions, networking opportunities, cultural programmes and a fusion dance performance.
Organizers said the primary objective of SustainX 2026 was to bring government, industry, technology, infrastructure, healthcare, CSR, civic services and tourism stakeholders together on a common platform and encourage partnerships that can convert sustainability-focused ideas into practical initiatives.
