The strong response reaffirms Axis AMC’s growing leadership in the structured credit investment space.
The fund attracted wide investor interest, with over half of the commitments coming from institutional investors such as insurance companies, listed and unlisted corporates, and family offices. The remaining commitments came from high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and wealth management channels, reflecting deep trust in Axis AMC’s structured credit expertise.

Strategic Focus and Investment Outlook
Axis Structured Credit AIF II will build a highly diversified portfolio by investing in well-structured credit opportunities. Individual deals will typically range from ₹50 to ₹65 crore, with no more than 10% of the fund deployed in a single transaction, ensuring prudent exposure limits and disciplined risk management.
Launched in October 2023, the fund has a five-year tenure and is positioned to capitalize on current market liquidity trends. It aims to transition toward shorter-term bonds and increased corporate debt exposure, leveraging tightening credit spreads and healthy corporate balance sheets for optimized returns.
