Megastar Nagarjuna Akkineni took to X, sharing the trailer of the film and sending out heartfelt wishes to actress Sushmitha Bhat who essays the role of Radha in the film. The film stars Siddharth Gupta as Krishna, Sanskruti Jayana as Satyabhama and Nivaashiyni Krishnan as Rukmini.

Conceived as the first chapter of a three-part cinematic franchise, Krishnavataram is set for a worldwide theatrical release on 7th May 2026 in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
