Varahi media.com online news,India, September 23rd 2025: PhysicsWallah (PW), a prominent education platform, has launched LexGlobal, a new initiative focused on providing practical, skills-based legal training. The launch event in Delhi was attended by legal professionals, advocates, and students.
LexGlobal is designed to address the gap between traditional legal education and the practical skills required by the modern legal industry. With rapid growth in sectors like startups, global deal-making, and intellectual property, there is a growing need for accessible, hands-on training. The program is specifically aimed at law graduates and early-career professionals seeking practical exposure to key areas such as corporate law, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), intellectual property rights (IPR), and alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
The initiative will offer four flagship certifications:
- Contract Drafting & Negotiation
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
- Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
- Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

These certifications will carry the names and logos of PW, the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), and top law firms that have contributed to the course design.
“With LexGlobal, we are trying to make legal learning practical,” said Atul Kumar, CEO, PhysicsWallah (PW) Online. “It’s not just about courses; we’re attempting to create spaces where students and professionals can actually apply what they learn, whether it’s drafting a contract or preparing for arbitration. We will try to keep improving it with feedback from learners and the legal community so it can try to meet their needs and also help us to keep up with how the legal world is evolving today.”
Each course combines recorded sessions, live interactions with faculty, case studies, and capstone projects to ensure practical exposure. The curriculum includes real-world contracts, simulated negotiations, and modules on using AI tools for streamlining legal processes. The courses also cover international standards like CISG and FIDIC, providing learners with both domestic and global perspectives.
LexGlobal currently offers micro-certifications lasting 6-8 weeks and plans to expand its portfolio to include advanced programs, stackable credentials, and diploma courses. The platform aims to serve a wide audience, including law students, early-career professionals, in-house counsels, and corporate legal teams.
