The transaction, valued at ₹441.70 crores, was facilitated by Knight Frank India, acting as the exclusive transaction advisor.
The acquired parcel is expected to generate a Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately ₹1,600 crores, with a development potential of 0.8 million sq. ft. This move aligns with Brigade Group’s aggressive growth strategy, positioning Chennai as the company’s second-largest market after Bengaluru.
The upcoming development in Velachery will enjoy excellent connectivity to the IT corridor on OMR and Chennai’s Central Business District (CBD), offering residents both convenience and access. Brigade plans to introduce signature residential offerings that combine aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability, along with premium amenities.
