- For Prepaid customers, Vi is offering 1 GB/Day free mobile data along with 10 mins of local + STD outgoing calls. This benefit will be valid for 5 days.
- For Postpaid customers, Vi has announced an extension on the bill payment due dates by 7 days.
These measures are effective immediately and are applicable to select customers within the flood affected regions.
Vi’s network teams are diligently working around the clock with local authorities to help restore normalcy in the affected areas.
