So ignoring those problems will increase many types of diseases in the future. Studies show that women with premenstrual syndrome are more likely to experience menopause before the age of 45.

Premenstrual syndrome has a variety of signs and symptoms such as mood changes, food cravings, fatigue, irritability, and depression. Doctors estimate that three out of four women experience premenstrual disorder (PMD) during menstruation.

According to the researchers, all women should be aware of such dangers, ignoring these issues can increase your serious risks in the future. Premature menopause is also a problematic condition.

Premenstrual syndrome, premature menopause

Indian women go through menopause between 50-55 years. Health experts say that certain conditions can cause changes in its timing.

In a study published in the journal JAMA Network, researchers report that women with premenstrual syndrome are at increased risk for a variety of complications.

Data from more than 3,600 people were studied. But their research found that women with the premenstrual disorder PMD were twice as likely to experience early menopause.

Premenstrual syndrome problem

Health experts say that many types of premenstrual syndrome problems occur in women. Researchers say that premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) can cause psychological, gastrointestinal, skin, and neurological problems.

Previous research suggests that PMD conditions also increase the risk of health problems such as high blood pressure, heart disease, and diabetes during reproductive years.

Stephanie Faubian, medical director of the North American Menopause Society, said identifying women at risk for premature menopause is important because it increases the risk of heart health problems, brain and bone problems.

It’s important to note that the study doesn’t mean the researchers aren’t saying that premenstrual disorder causes early menopause. Instead, the study suggests there may be an association between the two.
