Varahi media.com online news,Mumbai, September 8th, 2026: Muthoot FinCorp Limited (“MFL”), the flagship company of the Muthoot Pappachan Group has announced the launch of the NCD Tranche V (as defined below) of secured, rated and redeemable non-convertible debentures (“NCDs”) with a face value of Rs. 1000 each. NCD Tranche V is scheduled to open on September 8, 2026.

The net proceeds from this issue are intended to be utilised for the purpose of onward lending, financing and for repayment/prepayment of interest and principal of existing borrowings, and for general corporate purposes. Muthoot FinCorp Ltd. aims to raise up to Rs. 70,000 Lakhs under the Tranche V Issue, which is within the approved shelf limit of Rs. 3,00,000 Lakhs.

The NCD Tranche V issue comprises of a base size of Rs.  35,000 lakhs with a green shoe option of up to Rs. 35,000 lakhs, aggregating up to Rs. 70,000 lakhs (“NCD Tranche V”). The NCDs offer effective annual yields ranging from 8.89% to 9.25% across multiple tenure options of 24, 36, 60, and 72 months*.

The NCD Tranche V will be open to the public till September 22, 2026, subject to early closure upon approval from the board of directors of Muthoot FinCorp or the stock allotment committee of the board of directors of Muthoot FinCorp, and in accordance with Regulation 33A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue and Listing of Non-Convertible Securities) Regulations, 2021, as amended (“SEBI NCS Regulations”).

These NCDs have been rated Crisil AA/Stable (pronounced as “Crisil double A with a stable outlook”) by Crisil Ratings Limited, and BWR AA+/Stable” by Brickwork Ratings India Private Limited indicating a high degree of safety for timely servicing of financial obligations. It is proposed that these instruments will be listed on the debt market segment of BSE Limited.

For individual investors applying through intermediaries (including syndicate members, stockbrokers, RTA, and depository participants), applications up to ₹ 5 lakhs must be made using UPI for fund blocking, along with a valid UPI ID.

Investors can also apply through other modes, including self certified syndicate banks and the stock exchange platform.
