Pawan Kalyan Orders Probe Over Alleged Traffic Delay for JEE Students

Varahi media.com online news,Visakhapatnam, April 8th,2025: Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan has taken serious note of allegations that traffic restrictions imposed for his convoy may have delayed students on their way to a JEE examination centre in Visakhapatnam. Responding swiftly, he has ordered an official probe into the matter.

In a statement released Monday night, Pawan Kalyan instructed Visakhapatnam Police to examine how long the traffic was halted, the road conditions near exam centres, and the management of service roads. He emphasized, “No student should face inconvenience because of protocol. Their future must come first.”

This inquiry follows complaints from some parents that their children were delayed due to traffic congestion. However, the police clarified that Pawan Kalyan’s convoy moved only after 8:41 am, well after the student reporting time.

Reiterating his commitment to public convenience, the Deputy CM stressed that VIP movements should cause minimal disturbance. His office also noted that all party members are regularly instructed to avoid rallies or public events that could disrupt daily life during official visits.
