Tonbo Imaging Secures Rs.175 Crore in Series D Pre-IPO Round to Advance Next-Gen Defense Technologies

The round saw participation from Florintree Advisors, Tenacity Ventures, and the Export-Import Bank of India. The funds will be used to accelerate the development of next-generation infrared sensors, enable commercial rollout of high-power microwave technologies for modern battlefield applications, and provide working capital support for Tonbo’s ongoing global expansion programs.

This strategic funding round comes as the company prepares to file for its Initial Public Offering (IPO), aiming to capitalize on the fast-evolving global C4ISR (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance) market.
