Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Emerges as India’s No.1 Electric Commercial Vehicle Maker in FY25

Varahi media.com online news,Mumbai, April 5, 2025: Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited (MLMML), the electric mobility arm of the Mahindra Group, has once again cemented its leadership position in the commercial electric vehicle (EV) space, emerging as India’s No.1 EV manufacturer in the segment for the fourth consecutive year.

Driving the EV revolution in the L5 category with its flagship models Treo and Zor Grand, MLMML has propelled electric vehicle penetration to a remarkable 24.2% in FY25, up from 16.9% in FY24. Despite rising competition, the company maintained a dominant 37.3% market share in the L5 segment.

Key Milestones Achieved by MLMML in FY25:

• Became India’s first manufacturer to cross the 2 lakh commercial EV sales mark
• Crossed 1 lakh units sold of Treo, the country’s best-selling electric auto

Strengthening its product line-up, MLMML introduced the Treo with a durable metal body and debuted the Mahindra ZEO, the brand’s first-ever 4-wheeler electric small commercial vehicle (SCV). The ZEO marks a significant step forward in Mahindra’s commitment to 4W cargo electrification, building on the strong legacy of its e-3W offerings.
