Varahi media.com onlinw news,Hyderabad, 6th June 2025: LEAD Group, India’s leading education transformation company, has successfully concluded its first-ever Young Leaders Program (YLP), aimed at nurturing young changemakers from across India. The initiative brought together 53 outstanding students from Grades 7 to 9 representing 14 states, giving them a platform to address real challenges in India’s education landscape.
Students collaborated on 10 impactful projects under the mentorship of industry experts, building critical 21st-century skills such as Critical Thinking, Communication, Collaboration, and Creativity, in alignment with the National Curriculum Framework (NCF) 2023.

Key projects under the program included:
- Designing vocational education curriculums aligned with NCF 2023
- Promoting kindness and emotional well-being
- Making at-home learning more engaging
- Enhancing student apps for usability
- Creating interactive learning spaces under BALA (Building as Learning Aid)
- Strengthening parent engagement in education
- Green school initiatives and reading habit development
- Social media strategies for education stakeholders

Students hailed from a wide range of states including Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Bihar, Delhi, Gujarat, Karnataka, Maharashtra, and more—highlighting the inclusivity and reach of the program.
The student team “Whiz Titans”, one of the winners, shared, “This program taught us to think deeply, work as a team, and create solutions that can truly impact Indian education. We’re grateful to LEAD and our mentors for this transformative journey.”

The selection process began with school nominations, followed by aptitude tests and video submissions to identify top finalists. The program followed a structured curriculum focused on understanding real-world issues, ideating solutions, and creating implementable recommendations backed by data, empathy, and analysis.
With YLP, LEAD continues its mission of transforming education by empowering the youth to lead with purpose and impact.
