Recently, the makers successfully completed Shiva Rajkumar’s look test, and the Kannada superstar is all set to join the shoot soon. Known for his powerful screen presence, Shivanna is expected to bring his signature charisma to the film. This project also marks his first-ever collaboration with Ram Charan, adding to the excitement.

Launched in 2024, RC 16 kickstarted its regular shoot with the first schedule in Mysore in November 2024. The team recently wrapped up another significant schedule in Hyderabad. The film boasts an impressive ensemble cast, including Jagapathi Babu and Bollywood actor Divyenndu, known for his role in Mirzapur.

On the technical front, Oscar-winning composer AR Rahman is scoring the music, while ace cinematographer Ratnavelu is crafting breathtaking visuals. Avinash Kolla is handling the production design. The project is being bankrolled by Venkata Satish Kilaru under Vriddhi Cinemas, with Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings jointly presenting the film.
