This passively managed fund aims to track the Nifty100 Quality 30 Total Returns Index and offers an opportunity for investors to participate in a quality-first investment strategy focused on financially resilient and stable businesses.

The New Fund Offering (NFO) for this fund will open on January 31, 2025, and close on February 14, 2025. The scheme is suitable for investors seeking long-term wealth creation by investing in companies with strong balance sheets.

The Nifty100 Quality 30 Index comprises 30 stocks selected from the Nifty 100 index, chosen based on their quality scores. These scores are determined by key financial metrics such as return on equity (ROE), debt/equity ratio, and earnings growth variability over the past five years. This quality-focused approach aims to unlock long-term compounding returns while providing stability during market volatility.

The Nifty100 Quality 30 TRI has delivered a CAGR of 13.6%, compared to 12.4% for the Nifty 100 TRI, underscoring its potential for long-term wealth generation (data taken from index inception on October 1, 2009, to December 31, 2024). Past performance is not indicative of future results.

The fund will be managed by Mr. Nirman Morakhia and Mr. Arun Agarwal. Investors can participate with a minimum investment of Rs. 100 during the NFO period, as well as in the continuous offer period, which will begin after the scheme reopens for purchases and sales. There is no entry or exit load, and the final unit allotment will be subject to applicable stamp duty and transaction charges.
