FY25 Corporate Highlights:
- All-Time High Bookings:
- FY25 booking value rose 31% YoY to ₹29,444 Cr from the sale of 15,302 homes across 25.73 million sq. ft. – the highest ever by any Indian real estate firm.
- GPL achieved 109% of its annual booking guidance and has recorded eight consecutive years of booking value growth.
- Booking contributions by region: NCR ₹10,523 Cr, MMR ₹8,034 Cr, Bengaluru ₹5,089 Cr.
- 12 projects across 6 cities exceeded ₹1,000 Cr in booking value.
- Q4 FY25 Performance:
- Booking value stood at ₹10,163 Cr (up 87% QoQ, 7% YoY), selling 3,703 homes over 7.52 million sq. ft. – highest ever for a single quarter.
- Top performing projects included Godrej Riverine (Noida – ₹2,206 Cr), Godrej Astra (Gurugram – ₹1,323 Cr), and Madison Avenue (Hyderabad – ₹1,081 Cr).
- Collections & Cash Flow:
- FY25 collections reached ₹17,047 Cr (up 49% YoY); Q4 collections at ₹6,961 Cr (up 127% QoQ, 48% YoY).
- FY25 Operating Cash Flow (OCF) grew 73% YoY to ₹7,484 Cr; Q4 OCF stood at ₹4,047 Cr.
- Business Development & Deliveries:
- 14 new projects added in FY25 with an estimated saleable area of 19 million sq. ft. and potential booking value of ₹26,450 Cr.
- GPL delivered 18.4 million sq. ft. in FY25 (YoY growth of 47%), including 6.5 million sq. ft. in Q4.
- Other Key Highlights:
- Raised ₹6,000 Cr via QIP in Dec 2024 – India’s largest equity raise by a real estate company.
- Included in S&P Global’s 2025 Sustainability Yearbook and Dow Jones Emerging Markets Index.
- Pirojsha Godrej named EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2024 (Energy, Real Estate & Infrastructure).
