Financial Highlights – Q3 FY25

  • Revenue Growth: Consolidated revenue increased by 10% YoY, reaching ₹10,949 crores.
  • Profit After Tax: The Company reported a consolidated PAT of ₹708 crores, compared to ₹736 crores in Q3 FY24.
  • Lending Portfolio: The overall NBFC and HFC lending portfolio grew 27% YoY and 6% sequentially, totaling ₹1,46,151 crores.
  • Total AUM: The total Assets Under Management (AMC, Life & Health Insurance) expanded 23% YoY, reaching ₹5,03,377 crores.
  • Total Premium Collection: Life and health insurance premiums grew 27% YoY, reaching ₹16,942 crores in 9M FY25.

Digital & Omnichannel Expansion

  • The ABCD platform continues to grow, offering over 22 financial products and services, including payments, loans, insurance, and investments.
  • The newly launched ‘My Track’ feature helps users monitor their personal finances, credit history, and health.
  • Over 4.1 million customers have been acquired through the ABCD platform.
  • The new Aditya Birla Capital servicing app, launched in December 2024, provides seamless customer support.

B2B & B2D Initiatives

  • Udyog Plus, the digital MSME financing platform, has crossed 2.2 million registrations, with a total portfolio exceeding ₹3,300 crores.
  • Stellar, the B2D platform for channel partners, went live in January 2025, offering a unified dashboard to track business growth and lead conversions.

Geographic Expansion

  • The Company now operates 1,482 branches across India, expanding into Tier 3 and Tier 4 cities to enhance customer outreach.

Segment-Wise Performance – Q3 FY25

NBFC Business

  • AUM grew by 21% YoY to ₹1,19,437 crores.
  • Loans to Retail, SME, and HNI customers constitute 64% of the total portfolio.
  • PBT grew 5% YoY to ₹805 crores.
  • ROA at 2.10% and ROE at 13.87%.
  • Gross Stage 2 & 3 Ratio improved by 60 bps YoY to 4.25%.

Housing Finance Business

  • Disbursements surged by 136% YoY to ₹4,750 crores.
  • AUM increased by 62% YoY to ₹26,714 crores.
  • PBT grew 10% YoY to ₹110 crores.
  • Gross Stage 2 & 3 Ratio improved by 177 bps YoY to 1.77%.

Asset Management Business

  • Mutual Fund QAAUM grew 23% YoY to ₹3,83,911 crores, with equity mix at 46.8%.
  • Equity AUM increased 32% YoY to ₹1,79,481 crores.
  • SIP inflows rose 38% YoY to ₹1,382 crores in December 2024.
  • Operating profit grew 42% YoY to ₹261 crores.

Life Insurance Business (9M FY25)

  • Individual First Year Premium (FYP) grew 31% YoY to ₹2,595 crores.
  • Group New Business Premium increased 32% YoY to ₹4,036 crores.
  • Renewal Premium grew 13% YoY to ₹6,555 crores.
  • 13th-month persistency stood strong at 87% in December 2024.
  • Net VNB margin at 10.8%.

Health Insurance Business (9M FY25)

  • Gross Written Premium (GWP) increased 39% YoY to ₹3,337 crores.
  • Market share among SAHI insurers grew 138 bps YoY to 12.0%.
  • Combined ratio improved from 121% in 9M FY24 to 114%.
