Sri Sathya Sai Prema Pravahini: Nationwide Rath Yatra Flagged Off to Celebrate the Birth Centenary of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba

Far beyond a traditional pilgrimage, this 18-month spiritual journey is a divine movement across India, aiming to awaken hearts and rekindle the universal message of pure, selfless love.

Flagged off from Prasanthi Nilayam on April 24, 2025, the day of Bhagawan’s Mahasamadhi, this unique odyssey will cover all 28 states and 8 Union Territories, journeying over 200,000 kilometers across 600+ districts. Five specially designed Rathas, each symbolizing a geographical zone of India — North, South, East, West, and Central — will serve as mobile temples of transformation, radiating Bhagawan’s eternal teachings:
“Love All, Serve All” and “Help Ever, Hurt Never.”

Speaking at the launch, Sri Nimish Pandya, All-India President of the Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisations, India, said,

“The Prema Pravahini is a call to action—a call for love in service and unity in diversity. Through cultural and spiritual programs, it will inspire communities to practice selflessness and compassion, echoing Bhagawan’s vision of a world bound by love and peace.”

As the Rath Yatra travels across India’s vast and diverse regions, it will offer a platform for spiritual reflection, cultural expression, and community service, reinforcing Bhagawan Baba’s vision of a united, harmonious humanity.

Sri R.J. Rathnakar, Managing Trustee of the Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust, emphasized the spiritual magnitude of the initiative:
