The intracity offering is specifically designed to support the logistical needs of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brands, and individual users. Key features of the Hyderabad launch include:
Vehicle Options: Users can choose between two-wheelers for small parcels and three- or four-wheelers for bulkier consignments.
Real-Time Monitoring: The app provides live tracking for all local shipments.
Widespread Network: The service covers a comprehensive grid of commercial and residential hubs throughout the city.
Strategic Expansion
With the addition of Hyderabad, Delhivery Direct’s on-demand local service is now active in five major Indian markets, joining Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, and Ahmedabad.
