Varahi media.com online news,Hyderabad, October 14th, 2025: HDFC Bank, India’s leading private sector bank, has announced seed funding for WalkAbout, a premier community platform dedicated to active agers. This investment will empower WalkAbout to enhance its platform and expand its curated experiences tailored for individuals over 55, fostering a vibrant “third space” for connection, learning, and well-being.
Formerly known as GetSetUp India Pvt. Ltd., WalkAbout organizes engaging events and experiences in cities like Mumbai, New Delhi, Bengaluru, and Chennai. These initiatives help active agers stay mentally sharp, socially connected, and physically active, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.
