‘Rewind’ Stars Sai Ronak & Amrutha Chowdary Share Their Experience in Upcoming Sci-Fi Romance

The film explores a thought-provoking question: Can the past be changed to fix the future? It follows Karthik (Sai Ronak), a young software developer, who falls in love at first sight with Shanti (Amrutha Chowdary). Just as he prepares to propose, fate takes a tragic turn, leaving him devastated. However, when Karthik stumbles upon a groundbreaking time machine, he sets out to rewrite his destiny.

With a unique blend of romance, suspense, and science fiction, Rewind features stunning visuals, compelling performances, and a fresh take on time travel. The film also includes soulful tracks, such as “Love You…Nana” by Jaaved Ali and “Love at First Sight” by Karthik.

Reflecting on his experience, he added: “Being involved in the pre-production phase was an enriching learning experience. The director was kind enough to let me be a part of it, which gave me valuable insights into filmmaking.”

Discussing his character, he said: “Karthik’s honesty and determination to go to any lengths for love are qualities I deeply admire. If given the chance, I’d love to instill these traits in myself.”

Amrutha Chowdary also shared her enthusiasm: “This film offers a compelling experience to the audience. I’ve cherished every moment on set and made some unforgettable memories.”

Comparing herself to her character, she noted: “Shanti is confident, clear-headed, and determined-qualities I truly admire. In contrast, I often go with the flow, unsure of what tomorrow holds. I hope to embody her strength in my own life.”

Recalling a fun moment from the set, Amrutha shared: “One of my favorite memories is when Sai Ronak pulled a prank on me. He was wearing special effects makeup for a scene, and I had no idea. When he walked in, I was so startled that I screamed! It was a hilarious and unforgettable moment.”
