Varahi media.com online news,January 27th,2025: Kent R.O. Systems Limited (“The Company”) has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) in preparation for its Initial Public Offering (IPO).
The Company aims to raise funds by offering equity share capital through the IPO. The total offer size consists of an “Offer for Sale” of up to 10,094,568 equity shares, each with a face value of Rs. 1, being sold by the Promoter Selling Shareholders.
Kent is a renowned brand in India, recognized as the pioneer in introducing Reverse Osmosis (RO) technology in the water purifier market (Source: Technopak Report). Over the years, Kent has expanded its product range in the water purification category and has served more than 5.5 million consumers as of September 30, 2024.
Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited and JM Financial Limited have been appointed as the Book Running Lead Managers (BRLMs) for the issue.
